An artist and writer. I am a mother of two beautiful children. I am a Swiss -Canadian, as I am predominately self taught. I am an impressionist, my predominate style of late is using my fingers with acrylics and oils to portray still-life and landscapes from my west coast Canada upbringing, and my Swiss landscapes. Also I have been really working on a series of clouds. My big influencers of late are Iris Scott, Vincent Van Gogh, Georgia O'Keefe. I have been blessed over the last 4 years to be involved with Töpferhaus Atelier Aarau, and The Kunst in Aarau series organized by my friends Erol and Ismet Özedemir. I am also wanting to promote my fellow artist Adrian Merz in my website. View all posts by Gemma Luescher-Verseckas
